Q: Do you offer FREE Shipping on every order?
A: Yes, shipping is always FREE whether you order one item or multiple items. You never pay shipping or handling charges at Acacia Wood Carvings. We ship FREE to all 50 United States.

Q: Are your products handcrafted and authentic?
A: Absolutely! Most of our items are created by local artisans in Africa. They are handcrafted out of high quality materials. Each item description is labeled with the country that it was created in.

Q: Do you ship your items internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally, but please contact me through email so we can give you an accurate shipping quote. acaciawoodcarvings@gmail.com

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Are you a member of the fair trade federation?
A: All of our products are sourced through companies that are members of the fair trade federation. Fair trade is very important to us and we never do business with any companies that do not adhere to their policies.
